2. Collection and storage of personal data when visiting this website

When you access this website, the hosting provider we use automatically stores information in so-called server log files. This data is:

  • IP address of the accessing device
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the file retrieved
  • Website from which access originates (referrer URL)
  • Browser used and, where applicable, the device's operating system

Processing takes place to ensure technical operation, system security and to defend against attacks. This data is not merged with other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure provision of the website).

3. Hosting

The website is provided by an external service provider (hosting provider). The hosting provider processes personal data (e.g. IP addresses) exclusively within the scope of data processing on our behalf pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. This website is hosted with Firebase.

4. Email contact

If you contact us by email, the data you provide is processed solely to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing.

5. Online appointment booking (Google Calendar)

We use Google Calendar to arrange appointments (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). You can open the booking page via an external link or consent to loading the calendar on our booking page. Without this consent, our booking page does not connect to Google.

When you select “Load Google Calendar”, Google receives your IP address and browser data in particular. Google may set or read cookies; data may be processed in the USA. The legal basis for loading the embedded calendar is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for device access requiring consent, Section 25(1) TDDDG. Your choice is kept only for the current page visit. Selecting “Disable calendar” removes the embed and withdraws consent for the future. This does not delete data already transmitted or cookies set by Google. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Opening the external booking link takes you directly to Google. When you book, Google processes the information you enter (e.g. name, email address and preferred time slot). We process booking data solely to arrange and conduct the appointment under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). 6. Use of cookies and analytics tools

We do not use our own analytics or tracking tools. Consent for the embedded calendar is not saved in cookies or your browser's local storage. Only after the calendar is loaded may Google use cookies or similar storage technologies; see section 5.

8. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. As a result, data you transmit via this site cannot be read by third parties.

9. Status of this privacy policy
