2. Collection and storage of personal data when visiting this website

When you access this website, the hosting provider we use automatically stores information in so-called server log files. This data is:

  • IP address of the accessing device
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the file retrieved
  • Website from which access originates (referrer URL)
  • Browser used and, where applicable, the device's operating system

Processing takes place to ensure technical operation, system security and to defend against attacks. This data is not merged with other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure provision of the website).

3. Hosting

The website is provided by an external service provider (hosting provider). The hosting provider processes personal data (e.g. IP addresses) exclusively within the scope of data processing on our behalf pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. This website is hosted with Firebase.

4. Email contact

If you contact us by email, the data you provide is processed solely to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing.

5. Online appointment booking (Google Calendar)

To arrange appointments, we link to the Google Calendar booking page (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The booking page is not embedded into our website; data is only transferred to Google once you actively click the corresponding link. When you make a booking, Google processes the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, preferred time slot); this may involve a transfer to the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We process the booking data solely to arrange and conduct the appointment. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for handling the appointment. For more information, see Google's privacy policy.

6. Use of cookies and analytics tools

This website does not use cookies, tracking tools or analytics services.
